This blog was originally started as a homework assignment for my material cultures class to post thrice weekly and opine about material culture. It is in a transitory state now. I am planning to post once a week with updates on how my internship at the White House Historical Association is going. Later in the summer I am studying abroad at Cambridge in England (no, not Boston. It’s surprising how often people think I’m talking about Boston) and I may keep up the blog then. I am a terribly dull person with a terribly dull life but I sometimes possess a talent for sensationalizing the dull and making it somehow entertaining. I hope to tap into that sometimes talent and keep you all entertained.

Lol! Thanks, Kat! I shall endeavor not to be too dull. It asked me earlier about the linking to FB thing and I said no…now I’m trying to reverse engineer to link it lol.
I think it’s very interesting (I somehow just discovered it today & have just read all of it). I’m adding it to my Feedly so I can keep up with it. : )
